Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

RIAS MEDITERRANEO S.A. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing, or for as long as legal obligations may require. Once it is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted or anonymized to ensure the protection of the data.

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, unless required for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and undertakes to communicate any changes to it.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, which state that data shall be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and shall be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise these rights.
